The data you've collected in Classworks this year is impressive—from Academic Screener and individualized learning progress to progress monitoring results. This information has supported a successful school year and can continue to guide instruction as you plan for 2025–2026.
As we close out the year, now is the time to print, download, and save the key data, charts, and reports you’ll need. Below is your guide to preserving this valuable information before summer archiving begins.
Save Key Classworks Data Before Summer
Classworks data from the 2024-2025 school year will be archived in late summer 2025. After this point, access will be limited to raw student data only—visual reports and charts will no longer be available.
Data that will be archived:
Note: Charts, tables, and graphs will not be included in the archive.
To ensure you don’t lose critical insights, take these steps before the end of the year.
Classworks Insights Dashboards
Insights provides assessment and instructional data at the school and district levels. To save this information generate and download PDFs of key dashboards to preserve the visual data for future use.
Student-Specific Achievement Reports
To save individual student reports with screener results, SE Survey information, individualized learning results, and progress monitoring results, run and download the reports from the reports tab.
Set Summer Testing Windows
